Let me start by saying: I HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED. Not just a little snip-snip and fluff—no, no. Santiago didn’t just do my hair. He unleashed a full-blown work of art from the top of my head.

From the moment I sat in that chair, I felt like royalty. Santiago approached my hair with the precision of a master sculptor and the passion of a Renaissance painter. His hands moved like magic—no, sorcery—turning every strand into pure perfection. I don’t know what enchanted brush he used, but by the time he spun that chair around for the final reveal, I gasped. Audibly. Strangers stopped to stare. Birds chirped in harmony. Somewhere in the distance, Beyoncé nodded in approval.
